The PACE PHUKET BOUTIQUE RESORT is definitively closed.

The owner has fraudulently cancelled the lease contract.

We thank all our faithful customers and friends who have stayed with us since December 2021.

Please visit us in our new Resorts, D&K SMILEY PHUKET RESORT and RAWAI GARDEN,  both located in Rawai.

Olivier 🇨🇭and Nichada 🇹🇭, the owners, as well as the same employees will be very happy to welcome you!

Awesome boutique hotel

“Awesome boutique hotel with very good service and well managed. Breakfast quite good and the Swiss coffee machine makes the best espressos in Rawai – and you can have them all day long… once you figure out the buttons. The pool is cleaned daily and there’s security at night. No views but you can rent scooters through a partner of the hotel (Totti the Italian guy) and he’s reliable. The restaurant across the street is good… but even better value and taste is the lady next door (to left when looking from hotel). Also recommended is the team of blind masseurs across the road and the nail/hair lady as well. Oh and the French pastry shop just down the road is very tasty.”

“This place is amazing, beautiful peaceful location, very nice clean rooms, big clean swimming pool, delicious food😍 Management and all staff are so lovely and helpful, Olivier and Karina, you are the best!!❤️❤️❤️ 7/11 is in 5-min walk, beach is also in a walking distance. Will recommend this place to all my friends and will be happy to come to the Jazz night”
