These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Pace Phuket Boutique Resort.
Terms & conditions
- Reservation Policy:
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Guests must provide valid identification and a credit card upon check-in.
- Cancellation and Refund:
- Cancellation policies vary by room type and booking method; please refer to your booking confirmation for details.
- No-shows and early departures may be subject to charges.
- Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-In time is typically after 14:00, and check-Out time is latest by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
- Payment:
- We accept major credit cards and cash (THB, EUR, GBP, USD, AUD).
- All charges, including room rates, taxes, and incidental expenses, are the responsibility of the guest.
- Guest Behavior:
- Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. They must abide to the Resort’s “Rules & Regulations” – available in all the rooms.
- The Resort reserves the right to evict guests who disrupt the peace and comfort of other guests or do unlawful actions.
- Damages and Loss:
- Upon Checking-In, the guest will be asked to give a damage deposit of THB 2’000. This one will be returned when the guest will Check-Out, after returning the room key, and after the inspection of the room by one of the Resort’s staff.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.
- Lost or stolen items are the responsibility of the guest.
- Privacy Policy:
- The Resort collects and stores personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Pets Policy:
- The Resort is pet friendly, but the guest must inquire in advance. An extra daily charge will be applied.
- Baby / Children Policy:
- Baby’s crips are free of charge. Sofa beds for children are available upon request. An extra daily charge will be applied.
- Force Majeure:
- The Resort is not responsible for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Modification of Terms:
- The Resort reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
